Study how and what you learn best, repeat those behaviors that are good and healthy for your brain. Break those habits and behaviors that are not.

Learning is about the work that your brain requires. Remember individuals are different, what comes easy for you may not be as easy for the next person. One child may learn to talk quicker than the next child, that does not mean one is clever than the other! They are still able to play with each other, no prejudice there!

The best strategies vary between and within individuals. Just because we are siblings does not mean we will be the same! Accept your individuality. We are all wired differently.

Build the brain you want. This requires patience with ourselves.

Just like starting your own business or career. One person may progress faster than the next person, we just have to work hard at our own pace.
